Capacity and booking fees

To book the Foote Meeting Room, Swanson Meeting Rooms, or a Solo Meeting Booth, a desk licence is required. The Boardroom can be booked without a desk licence.

How to book a Meeting Space with a Desk Licence

1. Register to become a Hub Member by expressing interest in a Desk Licence
2. Book a Meeting Space using the Hub Booking Portal

How to book the Boardroom without a Desk Licence

1. Submit an enquiry outlining the purpose of your meeting, intended date(s) and expected number of attendees. A member of the team will be in contact to discuss your enquiry.
